At Hello Sugar, we do our best to provide accurate information on all of our ingredients to protect those with food allergies and sensitivities. We do, however, share our space with Indaba Coffee and do not have an inventory of their ingredients.
We gladly offer gluten-friendly donuts! We use a certified gluten-free mix and fry our gluten-free donuts for the first hour each morning, but we do use the same machine for all of our donuts. We use fresh, filtered oil to fry the gluten-free donuts, and use the same oil later in the day for other donuts. We prepare our gluten free donuts in a separate area within the kitchen and apply our best efforts to avoid cross-contamination.
We are NOT a nut free facility.
